Additionally, the presence of electrolytes like potassium, calcium, magnesium, sodium, and chloride ensures proper hydration and electrolyte balance, which is crucial for maintaining optimal physical performance
EAA are essential amino acids, i.e. substances that are not naturally synthesized in the human body, therefore they must be supplied to the body from the outside, along with the daily menu or in the form of dietary supplements. Among the essential amino acids, we can distinguish branched-chain amino acids, known as BCAAs, which include L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine, as well as valuable substances such as L-lysine, L-threonine, L-phenylalanine, L-methionine and L-arginine, L-histidine and L-tryptophan.
L-glutamine - protein amino acid that can be formed naturally in the body, but when the human body shows an increased demand for a valuable compound, the ingredient should also be supplied to the body from outside. L-glutamine can be found among others, in meat, fish, eggs, as well as in milk and dairy products, as well as in dry legumes.
L-tyrosine - protein amino acid, endogenous substance that can be naturally produced in the human body from another amino acid, phenylalanine. The compound can also be supplied to the body with food - products such as meat, fish, dry legumes or dairy products are considered sources of the amino acid.
L-cysteine - protein amino acid, belonging to endogenous compounds, the synthesis of which requires the presence of other substances, such as vitamin B6 included. Products such as meat, fish and eggs are considered sources of the amino acid.
Vitamin B6 - pyridoxine - a water-soluble ingredient belonging to B vitamins. The compound can be found primarily in wholegrain cereal products, as well as in offal and dry legumes. Vitamin B6 contributes to the maintenance of normal energy metabolism and supports the proper functioning of the nervous system. It is a compound that contributes to the maintenance of optimal protein and glycogen metabolism and what's more, it helps in the proper synthesis of cysteine and supports the maintenance of proper homocysteine metabolism.
Potassium - chemical element with the symbol K, which can be found in dry legumes, nuts, spinach, potatoes or pumpkin. Potassium helps in the proper functioning of the nervous system and also supports the proper functioning of muscles.
Calcium - chemical element with the symbol Ca, which can be found in milk and dairy products, as well as in sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, kale, nuts and tofu. Calcium contributes to the maintenance of normal energy-yielding metabolism and helps to maintain optimal neurotransmission, as well as contributes to normal blood clotting. What's more, the mineral supports the proper functioning of muscles and digestive enzymes.
Magnesium - chemical element with the symbol Mg, which is found in whole grain cereal products, as well as seeds and nuts. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness, fatigue and additionally helps to maintain electrolyte balance. The ingredient supports the proper functioning of muscles, nervous system and supports optimal protein synthesis.
Sodium - chemical element with the symbol Na, which is most often supplied to the body with table salt and products containing this ingredient, incl. cold cuts or bread.
Chlorine - chemical element with the symbol Cl. Table salt and products containing significant amounts of this compound are considered to be the source of chlorine, but the substance can also be found in products such as wheat germ or calf liver.
