Ingredients:

Oat Flour 76% (Gluten), Oat Flakes 19% (Gluten), Flavor (White Chocolate), Sodium Chloride, Thickener (Xanthan Gum), Sweeteners (Sucralose, Acesulfame K).

Recommended Use:

Mix one serving of powder (150 g) with 400 ml water. Shake vigorously until it achieves proper consistence. If you prefer soft flakes, let them absorb liquid for 1-2 minutes, but if you like it crunchy, drink immediately. Consume preferably in the morning or during the day between meals!
